Ocean Shores is a drug and alcohol free environment located on the East Coast of South Florida that has been in operation since May of 1999. We subscribe to the principles and practices of the 12 step programs of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, and promote the use of these guidelines along with outside counseling Part of our philosophy is to have peaceful, comfortable living conditions and surroundings. These play a big part in raising self esteem and dignity. Our properties are located on Singer Island, directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, and one of the nicest beaches in South Florida. Most would say "paradise." This was formerly a Summer/Winter Resort. They are very ornately landscaped with native tropical plants, and is center pieced by the heated pool and sun deck area to enjoy. There are gas grills which the residents are encouraged to use. We are a co-ed facility just steps from the beach. Our property has all the furnishings needed to start a new life, from kitchen ware to linens. The only thing necessary to bring are personal items.
